Furthermore, the visitors can lodge complaints online, search/verify registered companies and log in to the SECP’s eService, Virtual One Stop Shop (VOSS) and Jamapunji portal.
The bilingual website is in accordance with SECP’s policy to implement it in Urdu as its official language. The Urdu section of the website provides comprehensive information on company formation, compliance requirements, licensing procedures and Urdu versions of laws, rules, regulations and guidebooks. It is worth mentioning here that the SECP has translated all of its laws, except the Companies Ordinance, 1984, which is being replaced.
The website layout is compatible with all types of browsers and mobile devices and is integrated with social media, i.e. Facebook and Twitter. It will be updated on a regular basis with news, reports, notifications, circulars, orders, events and investor and financial information.
